1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product delivered
• Product has a manufacturing defect
• Packaging is tampered at the time of delivery
To be eligible, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID.
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved returns may require the product to be picked up or safely disposed of as instructed.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used food products
• Items without original packaging
• Products reported after the allowed timeframe
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
4. REFUND POLICY
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval.
• In certain cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may cancel orders before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible. You may still contact support for assistance depending on shipment status.
6. DELIVERY DAMAGE POLICY
If a package appears visibly damaged at delivery:
• Take photos immediately.
• Inform us within the reporting period.
• Do not consume the product until verification is complete.
This helps us resolve issues quickly and maintain product quality standards.
7. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
If the return is due to an error from Avanilife Naturals (damaged, wrong item, or defect), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
If a return is requested for any other approved reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. QUALITY ASSURANCE NOTE
Our products are made using natural ingredients and traditional preparation methods. Slight variations in color, texture, or aroma are normal and do not qualify as defects.
